Terms and Conditions
All clients must arrive 30 minutes prior to their treatment time. In the case of a late arrival, we can not guarantee your complete treatment time, but this will not affect the full treatment cost.
We require 48 hours notice for any cancelled appointment or 100% charge will be incurred.
It is important that you make your bookings several weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
Unfortunately, the spa can not offer certain treatment to clients who have specific medical conditions.
The spa does not accept any responsibility for any valuables that are left behind.
Our monthly offers do not run in conjunction with the following deals: Supervalu breaks, Lidl breaks or Hotel packages. Unfortunately the treatments in our monthly offers can not be changed.
