Playtown Manager
Role: To run Playtown with a view to maximising revenue and profitability while ensuring targets are met. Manage this department to the set standards by the Operations Manager.
Duties:
- To ensure that Playtown is maintained to the highest standards.
- Practice continued cost control through adherence to agreed budgets.
- To ensure that all employees in this department are trained appropriately to the highest standards.
- To develop standards based on the needs of the department.
- To control costs to coincide with revenues in accordance with the budget.
- To assist the human resource manager in recruiting new staff and training.
- To oversee and control all stocktaking of this area.
- To develop and maintain a culture of top class customer care standards.
- To ensure a good working relationship with all employees and the local community.
Skills Required:
- At least one years experience in this area of work.
- To have a childcare qualification.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in both written and oral English.
- Ability to cope well under pressure.
- Highly motivated and hard working.
