The steam opens your pores and allows the detoxifying and healing properties of the mineral mud to penetrate the skin where it promotes the blood flow, helps revive the tissue and stimulates the lymphatic system. Afterwards, a tropical shower to gently wash away the mud and perhaps a massage to reap the full benefits.
